Ziva is currently accepting applications for in-house and remote roles, with priority given to those who can join us in person at Ziva HQ.
What to Expect:
First Day - onboarding day, computer setups, meet the team- The first week - meet our production services team, learn about data, assets, and sources
- The first month - continue to learn, develop a plan to improve our data process, start writing code
- Within the first three months - execution of the plan, track efficiency to improve our data processes
- Six months to twelve months - start sharing your knowledge with engineering and production, start developing data team as a lead-based on our growth
Your primary focus is enabling machine learning processes and data improvements across production, engineering, and operations.
Experience Required:
Education in related fields (data, machine learning, computer science)- At least 5+ years of data management experience
- Expertise in Python
- Knowledge and experience with database languages and big data tools
- Experience working with data imagery
- Strong individual contributor with the capacity for leadership and coaching skills
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Passion for working with big data sets, creating processes, and efficiency
Bonus Skills/Knowledge:
AWS and Cloud infrastructure- MS3
- Weights and biases
